I’m in grade 9 and I feel that math is kinda pointless. (not trying to hate on math =p) We’re learning about cylinders and how to calc the SA and V of it. Why would you need to know/remember the formula to calculate the volume of a cylinder. When you actually need it in real life, you can just search it up. I really don’t find a point in it. I want to like math, but i need some motivation on why math is actually important.
