Hello! I am doing a personal science project to see just how close I can get to a photographic memory. Judging by the information I have gathered, memory itself is a very trainable trait. Does anybody know of a book that details memory techniques and the like? It could be one that may take months to years to master, but as long as it is a good, reliable book I will dish out the time. All help is appreciated!

After taking Prozac when I was 16 I lost a lot of my short term memory. I’ve been working hard at regaining it through work, but now that I’ve improved it a lot, I’m working on making my memory even sharper than ever. I’m looking for supplements that have been known to work.

I’ve been taking one full capsule of MSG for 90 days, and have shown marked improvement in my ability to remember. I can now remember a sequence of 9 digits versus 7 digits before. Has anyone else tried this and found the same results?
