How To Transfer Memory From An Xbox 360 To Another One Without Using A Memory Card?

The title says it all. I need to transfer all of the data I have on my 360 to the new elite I’m getting and I dont want to waste tons of money on a 360 memory card. Can I transfer the memory fron the old 360’s hard drive to the new one’s hard drive, without using a memory slot for 360

    u can buy a data transfer cable about 10 pounds $15 from online shops
