What can I do to improve my memory?

October 30th, 2009 MasterMind 5 comments

I come from a family that are intelligent, but have one flaw: We all have a bad memory. Normally it’s something as small as unable to remember something after just hearing it. Other times it’s trying to remember what to pick up at the grocery store when we go. And even sometimes it’s trying to remember what I got for my birthday last year. It all falls under the same category, memory. What can I do to improve my memory?
